Nelson came out the same week I called, even during the busy season. Within an hour he diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I now have working AC in the house and couldn't be happier with the speed, friendliness, and above and beyond customer service he provided. I am absolutely a customer for life and would highly recommend!

I've used Home Comfort for several years now, first to repair my aging A/C system, then ultimately to replace it, then later to install two separate ductless systems in other locations. Nelson proved himself trustworthy from the beginning. He is concerned with giving his customers what they need, not simply drumming up the biggest/highest-paying project for himself. And he always backs up his installations with service calls to fix/adjust if everything doesn't work perfectly from the start.
