Today’s visit CharlesTown plumbing went above and beyond changing the whole house filter also looking at the hot water tank, and explaining everything to me before leaving.
Came at the scheduled appointment time. We even got a text letting us know he was coming. Professionally installed our new dishwasher which is a challenge in a 100 year old home. Home Depot could not install, but Charles Town Plumbing came to our rescue.
They were very responsive to our request and identified our issues and fixed what they could and rescheduled us for a future visit.
Next visit: Josh & Zack came back out and worked until the job was done (9:30pm) and done right. The quality of their work was exceptional. They installed a whole-home water filter plus fixed numerous other issues. Then, went over the operation of the system with us.
