Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Reasonable. Brennon did an amazing job restoring my water pressure! 5 stars ⭐️
A Gold Standard in Plumbing, Integrity, and Craftsmanship Working with Richie and Charles Town Plumbing has been one of the most rewarding parts of restoring my 1890s historic Harpers Ferry home. From the very beginning, Richie stood out not just for his expertise, but for his integrity, professionalism, and genuine commitment to doing right by his clients. I first found Richie while searching for someone to perform a sewer scope inspection on a property connected to city sewer and public water. After being turned down by several plumbers, Richie came through with a high-quality video inspection that ultimately saved me thousands on my purchase price. It was clear from that moment that he and his company operated on another level. Since then, Charles Town Plumbing has been an integral part of a full-scale plumbing installation at my Harpers Ferry home. The job has been complex and filled with challenges only an old home can bring (at times, it has felt like a sitcom), but Richie and his team tackled each problem with creativity, precision, and care. They took the time to understand my vision, helped design modern solutions that honored the home’s history, and consistently delivered exceptional craftsmanship. When circumstances shifted unexpectedly, Richie stepped up as project manager for the broader renovation and quickly became an indispensable part of my team. His ability to lead, problem-solve, and coordinate across trades made all the difference. Even during late-night conversations as we worked through challenges on my own project, Richie would mention he had just returned from an emergency call—often helping clients well into early hours of the morning. Time and again, I have witnessed Richie’s willingness to go above and beyond—responding to urgent situations without hesitation and finding thoughtful solutions where others might walk away. I’ve seen firsthand the kind of professionalism that Richie embodies: honest, hardworking, and deeply committed to quality. He honors his word, takes immense pride in his work, and truly raises the bar for what a contractor should be. I cannot recommend Richie and Charles Town Plumbing highly enough. They are the definition of the gold standard, and I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have had them as part of my team.
INCREDIBLE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had a pipe break in my basement Saturday morning they not only responded quickly but was able to have the issue fixed and back to normal very quickly on the same day. The work they did was extremely efficient and highly professional they were also extremely friendly, nice, and personable. Price was also incredible! Extremely cheaper then others in the area! Don't waste your time looking else where for any plumbing needs this is the best in the DMV area!
