Very unprofessional. Had some repairs done previously in the bathroom and ran into a few issues. The service department plumber spent half of the time complaining about how the previous plumber didn't do a good job. The company doesn't fill me with confidence, after hearing their own plumber slam other plumbers in the business he works for.

One of the worst plumbing experiences. Had a warranty call through the Dan Ryan Builders to replace a shower pan and Stan from M W Willard was called to perform the replacement (due to a faulty shower pan). A few days after installation we used the shower and noticed that the water was pooling in the corner next to the sliding door(See pictures). Called M W Willard and had Stan come back to take a look at it. After a brief discussion, Stan agreed that the water was collecting in the corner and this will need to be fixed.

Had them come in and repair a broken toilet while I was at work.. Thought was a trustworthy company from what I was told.. That was until there employee stole a bunch of stuff from my home.. This place is a joke.. Acted like i was making ot up when I called in.. Only if I owned cameras in my home smh
