“I was highly pleased with the service I received from O & W Heating and Cooling and Furnace. Based on the evaluation we did ahead of time, we knew we were going to need a replacement water heater. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and because it was the Memorial Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to contact somebody. My husband, my kids, and I were all very much over cold showers and ready to have a new water heater installed quickly. Not only were they able to accommodate my same day request that Tuesday, but they arrived sooner than what they originally advised. The work was done quickly and professionally with care for my floors and home in general. During and after the appointment, I was given much information about the care of my unit, safety, as well as laws and regulations surrounding the installation and maintenance. I have had experiences in the past with technicians who assumed I may not understand, maybe because I am a woman. “Had a perfect service experience with Appliance Masters today and would absolutely recommend them. I called when they opened, had to leave a message, received a call back within 15 minutes and was told I’ll have an answer on when a technician can arrive within an hour. Received a call back an hour later with the Technician being available at about 2:30 pm, which he showed up right at that time. Clay couldn’t have been the nicest gentleman and informed me with tips about my gas dryer. It needed a new belt, which he had stocked in has van. The repair took 20 minutes with another 20 minutes of friendly conversation. Outstanding customer service all around, thank you.“

“I had no problems at all. The man was on time, walked in with the part in his hand because he had already thought that was why my oven wasn't working, but the grills did. He was nice and polite, but not a chatty guy. Fixed the stove and was out in less than 15 minutes. I'm wondering after reading all these awful reviews that if you have a home warranty company behind you, there won't be problems, but if you call independently there are problems. Just a thought.“
