“Planned Parenthood is a Reproductive Healthcare facility and I will stand by them forever, especially after my most recent interaction with a Nurse Practitioner. I had a virtual screening prior to receiving a STD screening, I discussed with the NP my most recent risky exchange and how I have been experiencing symptoms that don't typically align with the STDs I was worried about. After listening to my symptoms and stories about rude comments partners have made about odor, the NP discussed proper reproductive hygiene and how I shouldn't feel bad how I smell when I'm healthy. She then went on to discussed that my hygiene after those comments could've potentially caused BV and that my symptoms match what others have experienced. She offered me additional testing but also offered an antibiotic for the presumed BV. I asked about potential risks in getting treatment without the proper diagnosis and she stated the risks were minimal. I declined the screening for BV but took the antibiotics. I went through with my STD screening later in the week, and after my antibiotics for BV, my symptoms cleared and I feel like my balance is back to normal. This NP was particularly professional with her conversation and provided me proper hygiene to avoid BV in the future, as well as other non-STI related infections. She was compassionate in her care and I believe she deserves recognition for her professionalism and compassion.“

“I have been going to Wildwood Family Clinic for 18 years. I love Dr. Lentfer. She helped me with many challenges I have faced through the years. She never rushed me during office visits. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The nurses under the doctors are amazing. The staff in the lab are also kind. There have been providers that we have had a bad experience with.“

“After a pleasant check in, I was seen by a nurse within 15 minutes. The attending physician came shortly afterwards and listened to my concerns. We decided on a course of action and they were able to refer me to an ER provider that would be able to conduct the necessary testing and care. Overall pleased with this experience“
