Until Caring Made Easy, I cannot say enough good about the director, and the staff, no question that time and consideration are taken when choosing care givers. Communication is a 10 out of 10, staff 10 out of 10 in trustworthiness/reliability, knowledge, compatibility, genuinely caring & hard working individuals. “Wonderful company to provide services for your in-home care. They work with the VA and CHAMPVA to provide RN care for Veterans and their families. One of their caregivers has become a very close friend as a result of the care she provided to our mom. Having this kind of in-home care can keep a senior out of the nursing home. We used this because we did not agree with the Hospice model and we had MORE coverage than had we gone with Hospice.“

“My review before my interaction Nikko would be a two stars at the very most. My experience with Apria had been miserable say the least. Between long calls, repetitive questions, and the feeling of being stuck in a loop. I was about to call it quits. I talked to costumer service multiple times and the Monona branch twice. The customer service calls were the stem for most of the frustration. But when I was finally transferred over to Monona for the first time, I was met by someone that very dismissive and really did nothing besides add to my distress and frustration. I will not mention a name but I’m disappointed and their service doesn’t hold a candle to Nikko’s. So back to customer service I went. Which luckily lead me to Nikko. I explained my situation and frustration, he told me “forget about everything before this conversation I'm going to get you taken care of.” Within 5 minutes he fixed my problem that I was previously told not possible at the same facility. Taking and few minutes and actually caring about his clients and job Nikko was able to find a solution. I want thank Nikko again and hope he gets the recognition he deserves from upper management .“
