My review before my interaction Nikko would be a two stars at the very most. My experience with Apria had been miserable say the least. Between long calls, repetitive questions, and the feeling of being stuck in a loop. I was about to call it quits. I talked to costumer service multiple times and the Monona branch twice. The customer service calls were the stem for most of the frustration. But when I was finally transferred over to Monona for the first time, I was met by someone that very dismissive and really did nothing besides add to my distress and frustration. This is more of a training rebuke than a poor overall review. My 2 year old resmed CPAP stopped working. I’ve used it every day since 2016 for severe Apnea. When I asked the main office for help, they told me my unit was too old to service and would need a new prescription that might include a sleep study. I am lucky to have doctors that realize this was urgent. They saw me right away, wrote the order noting it was URGENT and sent it to Apria same day. The Monona branch received the order next day but said it would be a couple weeks before I would get a replacement unit. Not the sense of urgency I expected. Excellent customer service from everyone especially Kerri. The machine arrived as Apria stated. Told us the mask was mailed separately and would arrive in a few days. It did. The directions, set up videos were clear snd well put together. I've ben using the machine 2 nights in a row and it is WONDERFUL! I would strongly recommend Apria
