“The last time I used UW Health Care Direct was 4 (?) years ago. It was terrible! Because my insurance only covers them, I was back to day for a new cpap machine. From the moment I entered I was greeted (!) and told that Liz would be with me shortly.Liz was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, funny, informative. Whatever she's making, pay her more. Her hire people just like her.Anyway, she went through options, explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions.I left with my new cpap machine and all the equipment I needed for a good night's sleep tonight.There aren't any other good options in town for cpap stuff, but UW Health seems to have turned things around, which isn't easy when a ship is as off course as this one was.“
