From being the bearer of bad news that the roof was worse than we thought, helping us navigate homeowners insurance and doing the roof in the first bitter cold we had this year. He was patient with us when we tried to get the roof damage approved through insurance. Surprise, raccoon damage was not covered but he took care of us nonetheless. He wasn’t pushy and talked us through all the options so we could understand all the options. Who would have known all shingle are not the same? A complete tear down, beam replacement, chimney tear down and roof replacement done in a week in the extreme temperatures. These guys were real troopers, one even wore a Santa hat which was fun for the season. Clean up was great, we haven’t found a single nail or staple which I was worried about for our dogs and tires. Highly recommend Shawn and his team!“

“My house was built in 1890. I knew I would have some challenging big windows to replace. Not only did the Windows turn out fantastic but when an issue arose with one of the windows, rather than just try to make the one that was customized for the spot fit, they remeasured it and are remaking the window and bringing it back. That may sound like they didn’t measure it upright, the first time. However, if you saw the way my windows need to fit in my house you would be amazed that only one did not fit!
