“After hail damage to our roof, we got quotes from three contractors before going with Rescue My Roof, and I'm so glad we did. The first felt like a storm chaser, and the second was wildly overpriced. Chris came out the same week and immediately put us at ease. He walked through every detail, answered all my questions, and at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on me.<br><br>The scheduling was handled with real flexibility. Our start slipped a day because rain delayed their previous job, but Craig and the crew showed up bright and early Tuesday and knocked out as much as they could ahead of Wednesday's forecasted rain. They got rained out that day, came back Thursday and Friday, and kept things moving. On top of that, they worked around the fact that I was having the exterior painted and needed to hold off on the gutters and downspouts until later in the week — no pushback at all. That work was finished in a single day and looked great.<br><br>Rescue My Roof replaced the roof, gutters, and downspouts, and every part of the job was done well. We went with the Atlas Scotchgard Premier shingles, and the work came with a full warranty on both the labor and the roof itself, which gave us real peace of mind. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and left nothing behind. We're very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to hire Chris, Craig, and his team again.<br><br>Highly recommend.”
