Spoke to David. Gave me a good price. Then after confirming everything he stopped texting me and I never heard back from him that day. I understand he may have gotten busy, but at the same time on a professional level at least let me know instead of leaving me hanging like that. The next morning I shot him a message and in an u-sympathetic way he told me “Sorry I got busy”. Really? Did you plan on letting me know when you will be showing up to do an estimate or at least let me know what the next steps are or do I have to figure it all out on my own?I mean if that is the way he does business so be it, but you will NOT be getting my business. Dave and his crew installed new gutters on our home. We are very pleased with the work that they did. Very fairly priced and professional. Did a total cleanup. I would highly recommend them. Plus they are local which I liked.

If you are in the business for new roofing, gutters or any other maintenance I would definitely recommend Upgrade Pros LLC. David and his team were very knowledgeable and nice. We hired them for installing gutters and roof flashing. Not only did they do this but they offered to help us out by touching up our chipped shutters with fresh paint. They definitely went above and beyond what we expected and are just great at what they do. Did I mention the pricing is reasonable too!Thank you David and team!
