We have 100-yr old historic home and have used multiple roofers for all kinds of issues over the years, but Dave's guys do the best and most thorough work. No other roofer that I've worked with has as much in-depth knowledge and understanding of historic home construction that Dave has, and thus he is able to diagnose and/or find issues that others miss. We had a leak in our bathroom for years, and while 3-4 other roofers focused only on the roof directly above, Dave's team were the only guys to point out that issues with the sloped roof leading towards the bathroom were source of the problem.
