They did some warranty work on my gutter caps after 10 YEARS! They didn't act like we were the last on their list. They were friendly and took care of the problem...free. I will recommend them to everyone I know that are thinking of gutter caps
Excellent Service! Would use them again. We were having trouble with our allergies and recently our Clothes dryer wouldn't heat and blew a fuse. When the Serviceman came out he replaced a fuse and cleaned out a big ball of lint. We checked the local listing and found Chuck's Power vac. They came out and cleaned out both our Dryer vent and the whole HVAC system. They even showed before and after pictures. Now we can breath again.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

With my home construction completed, my yard was in need of final grading and seeding. Kevin came out to the property multiple times prior to any work starting, and was extremely knowledgeable and receptive to my vision. Once the work started, it all came together quickly, and the quality was top notch. The grass has just started to come in, and I have no doubts that I will have a beautiful lawn in the spring. I believe that we began using Schreurs HVAC when Al Schreurs was the owner. Jeff Schreurs is just the best. He is experienced, knowledgeable and competent. What a wonderful personality he has! On the day after Christmas, I called Jeff to install a Google Nest thermostat I had received for Christmas. He came the next day and determined that because of our air conditioning system the Nest would not work. But he did suggest another brand of WiFi enabled thermostat that would work. He has installed the Nest many times and knew exactly what could be done and what could not be done. We trust Jeff to serve us going forward and give him our highest recommendation!Services: Thermostat installation
