I have found all of the staff to be people friendly. Their customer service HAS gone above and beyond;...whenever I have had a problem, they have gotten right on it, and remained until all was resolved . I have had no problem with delivery. I do agree with others: "Thanks to them, my family and I have been warm all winter." "Great service at a reasonable price!"I also give them a five star rating!!!Harold E. Scott
