We had a new furnace installed a week ago. On Saturday it was making an odd noise, but hasn’t done it since. I called this morning just to be safe and they had a tech here within an hour. Amazing customer service! Highly recommended

I can't say enough good things about Advanced Comfort! I had a horrible smell coming out of the exhaust pipe from my furnace outside and it was heating only halfway. A service Tech named Bruce came out and did a few tests and figured it out to be a failed secondary heat exchanger. He gave me the options of putting in a new furnace but he suggested I do the heat exchanger replacement since it was under a recall settlement and most of it would be covered! Now that right there is honesty that you don't find much in the business anymore. So instead of me paying over $3,000 for a new furnace it cost me $280 because of the recall from Bryant.
