Not sure why Olivia was unhappy, I have them supply a cot and never had sore spots on our dogs. We have gone there for years ( 3 generations of dogs ) and have the utmost respect and confidence for the way they treat our dogs.
Woman that owns this is so friendly and helpful. The volunteer staff love looking after the dogs that come to stay. All around, an awesome place.
