Adam and Gary cleaned all of the carpets before we moved into our newly purchased home. They did a wonderful job. It is a low moisture cleaning, so most of the carpet was dry within a few hours. The one room that needed additional treatment was dry by the following morning. We are very happy with the results & look forward to enjoying the clean home.
I have only had an initial appointment with NexGen. autos, and I am already very impressed with their genuineness, thoroughness and transparency. They are a breath of fresh air from the many bad experiences I have had in the past.
My husband and I are a sucker for a historic hotel and when thinking of a place to celebrate my birthday, I suggested The American Club!
We have been to the hotel before to eat at some of the restaurants, but staying was a whole different experience, truly 5 stars. This is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, they make you feel so special from the moment you walk in. The front desk went over all the amazing amenities the hotel has to offer, and we were even able to check in early, which was so nice. It gave us time to get refreshed before heading out to explore.
The hotel is large and feel like you could easily get lost in the halls. The library area has little bits of history throughout, and the hotel even hosts a historic hotel tour if you're interested in learning more. Each room has its own little touch of history too, which I loved.
We stayed in a Superior King Room and it had a great amount of space and a plush king bed, a beautiful bathroom with a double vanity, whirlpool tub, and a large shower, plus a wet bar area, plush robes... the list goes on. They even had a large coffee table book with Kohler Company history and vintage Kohler advertisements, which was such a fun decor touch.
The turndown service was the cherry on top! They left me a thoughtful birthday note and go our room ready for a us, a nice luxury touch! The shuttle service is so nice to explore just about anything and there are so many amenities we didn't take advantage of like the morning yoga or gym.
I cant stop recommending a stay here if you can make it work, its a luxury experience. Throughout our stay we explored the hotel and the different courtyards, restaurants, and the Kohler area and we cant wait to be back!
My husband and I took Megan’s class on the platform in the woods at Blackwolf run and it was incredible !!! Megan was a perfect instructor who was SO well-spoken and created a perfect feeling of calm alongside an active flow. The class started with a short hike and then we settled on a platform in the woods - the setting was idyllic - completely immersed in nature. I’ve taken beach yoga but this was a unique experience that energized me in a new way. They even had storage for yoga mats near the platform . Everything about the experience was so thought out - please take this class !!!
Clean, quiet, and simply amazing. There are way too many options and lists to choose from for personal health. 10/10 would recommend
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 1.5 years and always have a pleasant experience, even through the recent construction project. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and I appreciate the housekeeping staff. We are currently here now (April) and stayed here last month in March. Our housekeeper, Ana, truly made all the difference in our stay. She checked in with us daily to clean our room, she was friendly, we talked like old friends. This time I went to look for her to tell her Hi and she was excited that I remembered her. This is the type of experience, I personally appreciate.
They have a list of local restaurants at the front desk, shuttle service is a nice amenity along with the spa, gym, swimming facilities. Don’t forget to stop by the chocolate shop when staying at this hotel.
I won a raffle with a beautiful package for Kohler Waters Spa!! Today I was able to experience a beautiful haircut and style by Jodi! She did such an amazing job as did all the staff there. How I was treated by all was extremely exceptional!!! Thank you ALL for allowing me to feel very special! It meant a lot to me!!
The Kohler salon crew is always professional and eager to please.
