“Very fast and efficient installation! Old furnace went out at the worst time with subzero temperatures outside. Chamuel converted us from fuel oil to a brand new l.p. furnace and had it up and running in a day. Also ran new vent extensions to give us more heat in our old house's drafty kitchen area which made a world of difference! High quality workmanship and very clean, highly recommend! A+++++!“

“The central air wasn't working so I called Pointon after being referred from some other people. The person answering the call was friendly and offered to send someone out immediately. The tech guy and the guy they sent to give a quote for a new one were both friendly and explained things clearly. In this day and age, kindness goes a long way and I was very happy with the service and great attitudes.“

“Ken was on time, friendly, and did a great job cleaning and servicing our two gas fireplaces. The only reason this review is not a five is this company charges a flat $229 to service each fireplace. There is no discount for having multiple fireplaces serviced on one service call. However, they do service systems they do not install, which is a huge plus for them.“

“Last fall I needed a new central a/c. Shane, the owner, came out & spent probably an hour doing a quote for me. Came in almost half of another local quote. Shane ( and his whole team )are very knowledgeable & professional. Shane pointed out a defect in my ductwork which they also took care of for me. We were so impressed with the whole experience! We actually ended up getting a new furnace as well! So nice to see excellent customer service like this, seems hard to find now days. Thanks again guys!“
