My furnace stopped working. When I called, Ken was right there to help in a 1/2 hour. He is very friendly and professional and got the furnace working in 1 1/2 hours. Shields also helped with converting my woodburning fireplace to a gas one and also helped with a new facade which I have been very pleased with.
Needed a fireplace checked out. Ken showed up right when he said he would and got the fireplace cleaned and working better than it had been. Answered my questions and he taught me a few things I didn’t know about. Great company and great service.
