Ac finally croaked and Lenny's team came out same day, and when I say the tech tried everything to save my old unit they dead. He even said sorry when it was clearly toast, they didn't even charge me for that call because I got a new system from them which they came out 2 days later to install. They even came by on the 4th to get measurements, they don't make technicians like this anymore. Great service, great work ethic! Couldn't be happier.
Recently bought a home & moved to the area. Lenny's was our first call as a few weeks in our AC went out on one of the hottest weeks. Will was very responsive and out the same day, literally a lifesaver! It was deemed we needed a whole new system due to the age and parts. Was installed the same week. Over all very accommodating, friendly, reasonably priced and quick to action. They will be the first call in our book!
Lenny’s has been our go-to for HVAC services for nearly 20 years and we’ll never trust anyone else! They are prompt, respectful, prompt, and always - ALWAYS - looking out for our best interest in what they recommend and the services they provide. There’s no one better!
