The central air wasn't working so I called Pointon after being referred from some other people. The person answering the call was friendly and offered to send someone out immediately. The tech guy and the guy they sent to give a quote for a new one were both friendly and explained things clearly. In this day and age, kindness goes a long way and I was very happy with the service and great attitudes.

This is the second time we used this company. They were very responsive and had a technician her within a few hours. Was a relief, as temperatures were in 90's and central air went out.Service: A/C system repair

Excellent service and I would use them again in a heartbeat! It was very easy to get a hold of them, schedule the initial estimate and then schedule the work. Our tech was on time and very polite and personable. He was very respectful and did excellent work! The cost was very fair especially considering it took almost a 1/2 day to complete the job.
