“We were without a/c all of Sunday. I was out of town and my husband, who now has a heart condition) was home as the temperature gauge was climbing (as well as the humidity). Our normal heating and a/c company (of 15+ years) told my husband Monday morning that they could be there the following Tuesday which was totally not acceptable. Johnson’s we’re out at our house within an hour!!! Guess who our new heating and air conditioning experts are?! Thank you so very much for your prompt service and professionalism. I was in Indiana with my 86 y/o mother, as her brother just passed. You took away one HUGE worry!! Thank you, again!!”
