“I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to share my experience last Saturday. My furnace stopped working and it was -5° outside. I called R &W at 8:30 at night and got there answering service. 10 minutes later Trevor called me back, 15 minutes later, he was at my house, 20 minutes after that the furnace was fixed and he was on his way to his next service call. Trevor was awesome. The pricing was fair and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and quick work. . He even followed up with me on Monday to provide additional information on the furnace and how to maintain it moving forward. Thanks guys, you saved my pipes from freezing when I thought it would be impossible to find someone to come out on such short notice. Thanks again. You guys are great. Highly recommended.“

“Rock Valley replaced our boiler and on the complementary one year check-up on the system, they discovered a small leak that was dripping on the basement floor. In the end, they replaced a small section of pipe where it was leaking - at no charge, of course. Great customer service! They made it right and they're our boiler guys for life!! ?“

“My A/C unit kept freezing up on the inside and would stop working. I called up Don Martin and scheduled a time for a technician to come service the unit. Clay was able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in about an hour. He replaced the capacitor and topped up the refrigerant, which was about 8ozs low. He also cleaned up the unit for me and recommended I try a less restrictive filter. The total cost for the repair was very reasonable, and he provided me with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor. The A/C is working great again, and just in time as next week temps will be in the 90’s. I will definitely use them again for any future heating/cooling issues I run into.“

“If I could give Bruce and the team at Polar 10 stars, I would. My A/C went out during the warmest week of summer. His tech came out right away and got it going again. My furnace and A/C unit were over 30 years old and I knew they would need replacement soon. The tech checked everything over and gave me a rough timeline for replacement. I opted to do it right away and Polar quoted me a great price. They did the replacement a week or so later - in and out in about 6 hours. Super polite, clean, and professional. I highly recommend Polar.“

“Dan McCue, from Al Beyers came to our house yesterday and got our OLD furnace up and running before the snowstorm today! We are so thankful to know that his company will take such good care of us. They installed a beautiful gas fireplace a few years ago that we use daily (even in the summer because it has a lightbulb in the fireplace). We burned wood for a long time because we thought if we lost power, that would be our backup...but our fireplace has a way to start it with a battery pack, so we don't have to worry about having heat. We highly recommend this company!!“

“Great Products and Even better customer service! If you are looking for a honest hard working company that backs the Products they sell. We have an oil burner 200 and have been more than please with it. Highly Recommend. For Example: I was charged for a part that was under warranty and sent the check for payment. Instead of cashing it, they sent it back with a letter! When setting the unit up for the first time, every time I called with a problem we didn't understand they knew what to do!“
