Replaced our AC about 2 years ago and was so happy with the service, timelines, and friendly technicians that I didn't have to think twice about calling when the furnace started acting up.I was given repair and replace options and pricing. They managed to fit me in on the same day to replace the furnace even though I was willing to wait until later in the week. These guys are super professional and friendly to work with. We called R and W after we had quickly smart come and tell us we needed a new furnace . My uncle told me to have R and W come out and look at it before we go ahead and buy a new furnace he said they are honest as the day is long . Sure enough they came out and looked and the guy that looked at it before had unplugged the HSI and there was nothing else wrong with are furnace.
