Bought a heater a year ago for our automotive shop. Had problems with the shipping company losing half the order. Working with Lanair was wonderful. They jumped on the shipping company and had it all figured in a few days. They even said if they couldn't get it figured out they would just get a new piece coming. Called a few times during set up and got a call back right away if there weren't there. I deal with a lot of different companies for multiple reason and there are one of the best when it comes to customer service and taking care of there customers.
