I called & Danielle answered and worked with me to get someone out to see what options I might have. She was professional and well versed. She called and updated me throughout the day.Later in the day Edwin came introduced himself and was very polite. He checked out the units inside and out and was quick. He fixed the units and explained what exactly was wrong. I am so glad i called them. “Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model. I got the referral through my home warranty company. I plan to use him again in the future.“
