He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning. A part failed from the new furnace within less than 24 hours, and he came back promptly and dignosed and replaced it. What are the chances right. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Clark and others with him at CGS. Older reviews showed him in a negative light, but i did not have that experience at all when talking and working with him through our situations.
