“We have been taking our dog here for years. But this last time they handled my situation amazingly our dog sitter fell through hours before we needed to leave the states. I called them and asked if I could drop him off for the week in the next 20 minutes And they responded to me with of course just bring him. He always yelps with excitement at drop off and comes home happy. We will not be taking him anywhere else as to we feel he is well taken care of by the staff and they are a reliable source. The staff is always sad to see him leave.“

“City dog vet has been by far, the best vet I’ve seen in Madison. Both Dr. Stevens and Dr. Roberts are compassionate, knowledgeable and so helpful. They’re thorough, welcoming and all around spectacular. Additionally, they make themselves available for a phone call if I have questions or need follow up care that doesn’t warrant a second visit. Their staff follows up after every appointment to see how your pet is doing, and my pup has never been in better hands. Additionally, I find their recommendations to be honest and helpful, not at all like a money grab. If I ask about the necessity of something, I get an honest answer and recommendation. I moved out of state and was so sad to leave this vet, but Dr. Stevens was kind enough to refer me to a new vet he recommends to get established.
