Rufus DuMonde Pet Salon treats animals with so much care and is highly recommended. The groomers are nice, patient, and gentle, even with sensitive pets or those who give trouble. They are considerate of pet comfort and do excellent work, making dogs look and smell great. They offer wonderful grooming for cats as well. The salon provides amazing service, with cute grooms and thoughtful customer service touches. They have great pricing and appointment availability, and can sometimes accommodate last-minute appointments. The service is fast, with grooming sometimes taking less than an hour.
I get my long haired cat groomed here by Steph and they are phenomenal. The first time I came here, they walked me through exactly what each grooming term meant, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or that they were too busy to answer my questions. They were very patient with both me and my cat and did a spectacular job. I get my cat a lion cut, and Steph does an excellent job every time. They will want to speak with you to make sure they understand what to do, and they take your pets health and happiness very seriously. I appreciated Steph at Rufus taking care of our shih tzu Freddie. He always came back looking so cute and snazzy. Freddie is not a big fan of grooming, heh, due to an experience early in his life, but Steph was great at helping him acclimate and taking their time to get the job done. I highly recommend them to anyone!
