Our vet recommended Unleashed's grooming and boarding services. Amy groomed our puppy today and did a beautiful job. The photo that the Unleashed staff took was adorable. I did have a concern when the appointment took more time than they expected. They said to expect 60-90 minutes but it took 4+ hours. I was absolutely fine with the length of time but I wished there was some kind of communication. I wasn't able to get through when I called. I left a message and they did return my call. It would be nice to get updates when there is a delay. Overall, the experience was good.

Very friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to please the customer, I will happily board my cats there again should the need arise. The dogs at the daycare facility looked quite happy

This was a day of evaluation. Because of the time of day I picked up my pup, I didn't get to discuss the outcome for very long. Hopefully I can receive more information the next time he goes to daycare.
