“I like the veterinarians and staff and been taking my 7 month old puppy there, but the online experience is extremely frustrating. There is no dedicated app, and the website is confusing to navigate. Even something as simple as managing my pet’s prescriptions sends me to an entirely different website instead of keeping everything in one place. It feels disjointed and outdated.

Managing appointments, medical records, prescriptions, and communication should all be available through one simple app or a single, well-designed portal. I hope City Dog Vet modernizes its online experience because the current system makes routine tasks much more difficult than they need to be.“

The first time I came here, they walked me through exactly what each grooming term meant, they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them or that they were too busy to answer my questions. They were very patient with both me and my cat and did a spectacular job. I get my cat a lion cut, and Steph does an excellent job every time. They will want to speak with you to make sure they understand what to do, and they take your pets health and happiness very seriously. I have had several groomers, and I WILL continue to go out of my way to bring my cat to Steph. Steph loves my cat, and my cat loves Steph. They very much pay extra attention to make sure you're getting exactly what you want.
