Is really great with our dog who is extremely skittish when it comes to grooming and having his paws touched. He's getting better with it thanks to their help and his paws have looked healthier than ever.

I have a very nervous and sometimes reactive rescue and I can't say enough about how wonderful they treat her. Since she doesn't always get along with others she is given her own space (not put in a kennel) . Her scissor cut always looks great and I would absolutely recommend Serenity Spa East for anyone, especially if their fur kid is nervous and frightened to get groomed. Thank you Serenity Spa.

They are truly artisans. You can ask them to give any cut that you can imagine. But eventually my groomer went through so much training that the price for a groom went out of my budget. ☺️ If I had a little more to spend on grooming I would keep going here for sure. I have since moved to a friendlier and more budget friendly groomer but I value kindness to humans so much as well. Human kindness is what makes me kind to animals too.
