“There isn't anywhere else I would have wanted to take my puppy for daycare. I researched every dog daycare in the Madison area. When I called them before making a decision, I had a list of questions and this place just felt right. The fact that it was puppy exclusive and used positive reinforcement gave me confidence knowing my little guy was going to be in a safe environment and was going to be well cared for. The Puppy Den offers structure: nap time, play time, training and games. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and always excited to see the puppies come in the door. They all knew who Charlie was and kept me informed of anything I needed to know from the day. I also love that they send report cards (videos & pictures) of your puppy when time allows. We never had a bad experience here and Charlie and I will be sad when he graduates at 8 months as we begin our search for a new facility. I cannot recommend The Puppy Den enough!“
