After we removed the tiles from our showers, they were able to stop the leak and then told us we'd have to unfortunately replace the whole piping. Replacing the piping was cheaper than I expected, $750 which I was pleased with. It was about the same amount for the initial repair. So, something I was afraid would cost thousands, came to $1,500.“

Even though Footville H&C didn't install the current furnace they found that several major components (Heat Exchangers/Burners) fell under warranty and replaced them under company cost. “I had small leak in a tricky area to access above my shut off valve under the kitchen sink. I stopped the leak and it was no longer going downstairs. So I decided to tighten the hex cap on the pipe down stairs connected to the pipe, it broke and tons of water came out. I had to completely turn off my house water that night. I called Ken the next day and was super surprised he could come to Clinton later that day or first thing tomorrow. I tried locating a way to buy the pipe, found nothing online or in store so when, he said it would only take a couple hours to fix everything, I almost laughed out of amazement. My pipe is older so was able to replace some to prevent similar issues repeating. I was so amazed when only charged me 240 as well, for something when back was against the wall, he could’ve taken advantage of that. I will be recommending and using him for everything now!“
