“Mary is very kind and sweet. She does a wonderful job with my special needs brother and my fiancé. My fiancé and his father has been going to her for like 10 years, she does a wonderful job.For me, I’ve had 2 scheduled appointments canceled due to language barrier or miscommunication. My fiancé would schedule it, (usually kids are playing on the phone so you have to call a few times) then when I call to verify if my hair needs to be washed, my appointment is magically gone. I want to love her services but the language barrier and miscommunication is really frustrating. Personally I won’t ever go to her, however, if it’s just a haircut, you’ll have no issues.“

“Jacque expanded her hours to accommodate my last minute request for a mother-daughter pedicure while I was in town visiting my mother for her 80th birthday, and she couldn't have been nicer. Not only is her salon clean, cute, and comfortable, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Such a nice experience for me and my mom!“

“I recently moved away from Janesville but this is my hometown salon. Sari was my hairdresser for around 7 years and I never left an appointment disappointed. She was always so excited to catch up and easy to work with. Cutting, styling, coloring, hospitality -- she always went above and beyond. She gave me my bangs before I went off to college <3.Cannot give enough praise to this lovely establishment.
