“Samantha gave me a haircut yesterday. It was EXACTLY what I wanted .she asked me a lot of questions about my hair and my preferences . Really awesome. I really like it a lot :) also I wanted to add that she had me put my head upside down while she added some product and did some stuff to my hair. NOBODY’S ever done that. Anytime I go somewhere to get my haircut they style it or tend to it like I have straight hair and I don’t. So it was nice to have somebody work on my hair who gets it :-)“

“I made an appointment for 4:30 on Sunday (they close at 5:00). It took just over an hour to do my nails and they did not rush or seem upset. I absolutely love my nails! John was amazing! He worked very hard to get the colors I wanted and took excellent care with my nails and skin. Not once did he nip or cut me and when he removed the old polish it didn't feel like i was being burned by the dremel. He made sure my nails were cut correctly so they wouldn't grow into my skin. I very much appreciate this because I have shorter rounded nails and they start to hurt when it's time to get them done again. Karen was amazing too! I had a design in mind that I wanted done and she did it perfectly (I did not have a picture, just explained what I wanted). I do not like getting my nails done but I like to have them done. This was probably the best nail experience I have ever had. I will definitely go back and ask for John (and Karen for designs). Thank you so much!!
