Mary is very kind and sweet. She does a wonderful job with my special needs brother and my fiancé. My fiancé and his father has been going to her for like 10 years, she does a wonderful job.For me, I’ve had 2 scheduled appointments canceled due to language barrier or miscommunication. My fiancé would schedule it, (usually kids are playing on the phone so you have to call a few times) then when I call to verify if my hair needs to be washed, my appointment is magically gone. I want to love her services but the language barrier and miscommunication is really frustrating. Personally I won’t ever go to her, however, if it’s just a haircut, you’ll have no issues.
