Customers can book appointments online or walk-in if stylists are available. Customers have shared mixed experiences at Ulta Beauty. Some have had exceptional service, with staff members providing personalized advice, guidance, and excellent customer service. One customer, Jeshua, was able to accomplish the desired long layers haircut, and the customer felt comfortable and satisfied with the experience. However, not all experiences were as positive. One customer described a frustrating checkout process, where staff members were distracted and slow to assist customers, creating an unpleasant waiting experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the services are very satisfactory. Myself and my partner went for a full face makeover and haircuts and both were done by the very lovely Ariana Villarello who did an excellent job across the board. I will definitely be returning here again if I need to get new makeup or a trim on my hair.

I definitely do not fit the profile of a client at this stothem. I am turning 80 soon. During a conversation with my very fashion conscious granddaughter, she told me about the l'ange iron. A trip to the store and one telephone call provided all of the information I needed to make informed purchases. All of the employees were bright, friendly, and helpful. I highly reccomend Ulta in Janesville.
