Super friendly staff, but you kinda get a mean girls vibe when you walk in if you're like me and don't appear to put in any effort to makeup or hair or clothes. This place is huge and there's always a ton going on in there. Pricing seems decent. I got a few massages with their one and only massage therapist, Tiphanie. She's a miracle worker and if you need a really great massage to chill yourself tf out, she's your girl!

I came in today and had a massage with Tiphanie; I am a repeat customer with her. It was absolutely amazing and so relaxing! However, the building was FREEZING. She had the bed turned up as much as possible but man alive we were both cold. When I went to checkout I mentioned it, and two other customers said the same thing.I absolutely recommend Tiphanie!! But management needs to figure out the heat issue

I had my hair, nails and makeup done here for my wedding. I was so grateful for each person that worked with me, especially my makeup artist. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it.
