Water heater stopped leaking but I said he needed to replace before it decides to cause flood in basement. Sent email to go ahead with order. Within a day he brought and installed for quoted price. Had to get some extra ducts and didn’t charge extra! Safe and happy now! Great company! Totally recommend!“

I own a small business in Sheboygan and had a surprise inspection that resulted in a letter saying I needed to add 2 very expensive backflow prevention devises. The first plumber I contacted quoted me $5,000 to do the job. Gen3 quoted $2,500. But they then contacted the inspector on my behalf and through a lot of back and forth were able to figure out a solution that was acceptable which then brought down the cost to under $1,000. They really went above and beyond to help out a small business and I cant recommend them enough.“
