Heim replaced a water softener and added an iron filtration system at my house. They showed up promptly and the work looked great. They even threw in some bags of salt for my softener. Highly recommend them.

Last summer I had the heating element on my water heater go out and Heim came out and replaced it for me. After 6 months it appeared to go out again so I called them up to have them fix or replace the water heater. They called me back and said they actually remembered my job from the last time (6 months ago!) and based on how the repair went the last time they thought the fix might be related to my power vent instead of the heating element so they had me try it over the phone...and it worked! It really impressed me that they were willing to do this over the phone vs an in-person call and it potentially saved me a bunch of money. It is service like this that makes...read full review
