Within a few hours Ben & Roy were here with a new water heater. They took care to keep my floors clean from the snow outside and left my space better than they found it. “I called Jim for installation of replacement faucets for bathroom and kitchen plus a very slow draining tub in the bathroom. I had purchased a 50 year plus old condo unit . Jim did a 4.0 job and also took the time to do it properly. He discovered a big problem which my home inspector had not. He fixed the problem and I know I'm fine for the future regarding it.
