“I called Jim for installation of replacement faucets for bathroom and kitchen plus a very slow draining tub in the bathroom. I had purchased a 50 year plus old condo unit . Jim did a 4.0 job and also took the time to do it properly. He discovered a big problem which my home inspector had not. He fixed the problem and I know I'm fine for the future regarding it. I've used his services since twice for toliet upgrades to Senior units. Excellent service for all the requested work. Highly recommended. “I want to say how pleased I am with Gen3 Plumbing LLC. I own a small business in Sheboygan and had a surprise inspection that resulted in a letter saying I needed to add 2 very expensive backflow prevention devises. The first plumber I contacted quoted me $5,000 to do the job. Gen3 quoted $2,500. But they then contacted the inspector on my behalf and through a lot of back and forth were able to figure out a solution that was acceptable which then brought down the cost to under $1,000. They really went above and beyond to help out a small business and I cant recommend them enough.“

He used a few different approaches which required different equipment being brought in & out- He's very careful about not making a mess- put down drop clothes to keep the carpet clean while moving equipment in and out.
