The technician (TJ I believe) was personable, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. No drama, no shenanigans. Neumann installed our system 8 years ago and our experience has always been very positive. I would not consider calling anyone else. As a side note my neighbor was having issues with their furnace this past winter on a weekend and they couldn’t reach the company that had installed it.
