Jim did a 4.0 job and also took the time to do it properly. He discovered a big problem which my home inspector had not. He fixed the problem and I know I'm fine for the future regarding it. Responded to the phone call right away in the morning and showed up later the same day as discussed. He's very professional and personable. Explains everything he's doing and explains all the problems encountered. Absolutely went above and beyond to remedy the situation he was presented with and it was quite the situation. He used a few different approaches which required different equipment being brought in & out- He's very careful about not making a mess- put down drop clothes to keep the carpet clean while moving equipment in and out. He is very fairly priced for the services he provided.“
