The two installers removed my old furnace with out any problems. They were here 4 hours and did a great job. We have been using Smith bros for more than 30 years. The repair man got our broken furnace running so we had heat. The installers were here the next morning to install furnace. Smith is great on all levels Thank you Smith Bros. Would recommend 100%
