“Very professional. Used a big chain previously with disastrous results so never again with the big chains. Saukville Walmart has an awesome Optometrist, very professional and knowledgeable.. Staff is awesome as well.. Seems to me that perfection is their main objective... Very personalized and no rush service..Walmart is now my permanent "Go To" for glasses... I highly recommend.. Especially if you usually use the big chains.. Tremendous difference...“

“I’ve had some terrible experiences here in the past, but my recent experience was good. I saw Dr. Orlich last month who was so nice and was happy to share his knowledge and answer any question I had.Today I picked up my glasses while a young man(Devvon?) was working. He was amazing. He took the time and adjusted my glasses until they were perfect! He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to glasses. Also very friendly and kind.My eyes are still adjusting to the new prescription, but hopefully that won’t take much longer. I will definitely come back to the Saukville location just for the amazing service that I received today.“

“The eye Drs at lakeshore eye professionals are bar none. 3 of my children have been treated for lazy eye with Dr Jay and Dr German. They communicate clearly what they are doing at all times and make the eye exam an easy process. My youngest child in glasses was only 4 when he began treatment and with his special needs with adhd and his anxiety they worked well with him. Over the years we have seen Dr German for continued care and he is patient and very calm in his practice. The once 4 year old is now 15 and we will continue care as long as our eyes need it. One of my children needed to see a retina specialist and the office worked with us to get her scheduled at that office. With insurance changes we have gone sporadically to other optometrists and ophthalmologists but the care we received elsewhere just doesn't compare to lakeshore.
