“Short story... it was 5° outside, the furnace stopped working , on Call was there within the hour, our CO levels were dangerously high, tech insured we had alternate heating sources before leaving, received call from sales during off hours, given multiple options, furnace was replaced the next business day in little more than half the quoted time, I learned allot, all were courteous, the installation was clean, you felt that it was a family business. Kudos to Jake, Mark, Dan, and the on-call tech (that has memorized Bryant error codes). Every visit, I've been very pleased with their service, promptness, price, and no-nonsense, honest attitude. Each time I've called, they have come out very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Post-fix, Charlie tells us what he fixed and he shows us the broken part; additionally, on one occasion, he showed us how do one of the fixes ourselves to save us money in the future.
