“I called on a Friday afternoon thinking I just needed a quick fix, possibly a new battery in the thermostat. The technician came over within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it turned out to be wires that needed replacing and he was over for about 2 hours. So happy he was available and stayed until it was fixed. Central air conditioner working great!“

While we needed a week or so for an out-of-stock pump to arrive, he did a good job of making a temporary solution, using one of my extra pumps and feeding into a basement drain. Showed me he was thinking of the overall solution and not just the immediate task.
