What prompted me to write this review was a recent emergency: on a weekend evening, we had a boiler with a frozen line that was pouring water nonstop. Without hesitation, they came to our rescue. “We have an old furnace and air conditioner, and I've had Valheat at my house 3-4 times over the past few years for both heating and air conditioning. Every visit, I've been very pleased with their service, promptness, price, and no-nonsense, honest attitude. Each time I've called, they have come out very quickly and fixed the problem immediately. Post-fix, Charlie tells us what he fixed and he shows us the broken part; additionally, on one occasion, he showed us how do one of the fixes ourselves to save us money in the future. Finally, the prices are very reasonable and this most recent visit, I was surprised with how much cheaper it was than I was expecting. I respect Charlie's opinion, and I plan to continue using Valheat when we replace our furnace this summer.“

“I called on a Friday afternoon thinking I just needed a quick fix, possibly a new battery in the thermostat. The technician came over within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it turned out to be wires that needed replacing and he was over for about 2 hours. So happy he was available and stayed until it was fixed. Central air conditioner working great!“

“Dan was the plumber technician from Drucks and was very professional and friendly. He did a good job talking me through different options and answering lots of my questions about each. While we needed a week or so for an out-of-stock pump to arrive, he did a good job of making a temporary solution, using one of my extra pumps and feeding into a basement drain. Showed me he was thinking of the overall solution and not just the immediate task. I would recommend Dan for anyone with an emergency situation that needs good/quick advisement and thorough work done quickly.“

“Short story... it was 5° outside, the furnace stopped working , on Call was there within the hour, our CO levels were dangerously high, tech insured we had alternate heating sources before leaving, received call from sales during off hours, given multiple options, furnace was replaced the next business day in little more than half the quoted time, I learned allot, all were courteous, the installation was clean, you felt that it was a family business. Kudos to Jake, Mark, Dan, and the on-call tech (that has memorized Bryant error codes). I highly recommend Christiansen, it was the holiday season, the company was grieving from a family member loss and we had a very positive experience from this company and their people. Our condolences and thank you for your service.“

“Had Chad came over for a estimate for a new a/c for are home he was very friendly and know what he was during would recommend them. Had them install new a/c and the installers where very professional and know what they where during would highly recommend them. They are my 2 go guys now“

“A couple days ago, the heater in our house stopped working. When I woke up Friday morning, I noticed right away that the temperature was much lower than what I had set it at before going to bed. The heater provides heat to both mine and Melissa’s part of the house, which sent me into a bit of a panic because we were due for cold weather—and replacing heaters, if it came down to that, isn’t cheap.

Melissa got the number for 3rd Gospel Heating from one of her friends, and thankfully the owner, John, was able to make it to our house quickly. I’ll go ahead and admit it—the batteries in the thermostat were dying, and one of them was corroded. But there was also a chance the thermostat itself needed to be replaced since it was pretty old. John changed the batteries and did a full inspection of the heating system. Very nice guy, by the way. Fair prices too.

Yesterday, the heater went out again. I contacted John, and thankfully, once again, he was able to make it to our house quickly. This time it turned out the thermostat really was malfunctioning, so he installed a new one for us. I actually really like this new thermostat—it’s digital, easy to read, and the screen is nice and clear. Having heat is nice too, of course.“

“Our furnace was acting up in our home and was inspected by another company and was locked out and not able to be used do to safety concerns. This happened late evening when everyone was closed. I messaged Tiltin after 7pm and James responded very quickly and was very helpful and even offered to bring space heaters over to keep us warm late at night. James came out right aways the next morning and gave us a very reasonable quote and beat everyone in the valleys quote! And said he could install it later that day! Days before anyone else could. James showed up at 5pm that evening and installed a new furnace in our home! My family and I are extremely impressed and grateful for James quick response and for getting our home heating again! Thanks James! I will recommend tiltan heating and cooling to everyone under the sun and wont hesitate to call again with any future issues!“
